We are excited to announce that Fritz Fryer has teamed up with @goodhomesmag to create the ultimate festive Scandi experience this season at The Ideal Home Show in Olympia.
Asked to put our ‘lighting touch’ on two of the Good Homes room sets at the Ideal Home Christmas show, we were delighted to share our knowledge on how to add ambience as well as jaw-dropping style to any cool interior. Featuring a tranquil array of warm, cosy materials in a tonal palette of colours, the Good Homes team showed visitors how to create that all-important cosy, intimate dining room.
The inviting dining chairs clad in a soft orange velvet were beautifully illuminated with spiral filament LED bulbs, casting a warm light, further softening the look. Mixing warm terracotta colours with ambient lighting, creates that cosy dining room we have all been dreaming of… and the handmade bulbs are beautifully encased within seven Smoked Glass Hereford shades forming a Dish Cluster Chandelier. Smoked glass is not only decorative, it is a great way to reduce any glare from the bulbs, enabling you to have an eye level centerpiece over the dining table. The twisted cotton flexes from which the chandelier is suspended further softens the look, giving a laid back feel.
