Worldwide Shipping

Most UK Orders are shipped using DPD on a next day delivery service.  We organise the shipping as soon as your fittings are ready for dispatch, which may be ahead of the estimated lead time.

If you have a specific date or time when you either wish to receive or cannot receive your order, please email us and we will always try to meet your requirements.

Antique Shipping (large items)	£70 (Inc VAT)

NB, Antique Shipping for a large antique item will be charged in addition to any other items in your order, and is excluded from any promotional shipping offers.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL:
If you have supplied an email address and/or mobile telephone number, you will receive an email or text when your parcel is collected from us.  You will then receive a message with your one hour delivery slot on the day of delivery.  At this point you can reorganise the delivery directly with DPD if necessary.

OVERSIZE OR FRAGILE ITEMS
Items which cannot be shipped by a regular courier due to their fragile nature, size or weight have an ‘ENQUIRE ABOUT THIS ITEM’ button on the product page. If you complete the enquiry form and send us your address, we can advise specific charges and methods.

Orders shipped to consumers in EU countries will be shipped ‘DUTY PAID’, so you will not be required to pay additional charges upon receipt of the goods in your country.

You will see a charge on your invoice for prepaid duties which includes VAT at the rate for your country.

Depending on the country we are shipping to, we may need to send you a shipping quotation for the items in your basket before we can process your order.

NB, for VAT registered businesses in possession of an EORI number, we will ship ex VAT so that you can reclaim tax paid upon import.

 

Our UL lights are made for installation in the USA and have a UL certification mark and unique identification number.

Shipping to the USA

We regularly ship to the USA and are familiar with the necessary paperwork from our side. We do not prepay duties or taxes for US orders so you may be contacted by US customs if a charge is due. Nb, Currently, duty is not payable on purchases imported under $800, please see the US Customs and Border Protection website for up to date and more detailed information.

We do occasionally get asked by US Customs for more details of the person the items are shipping to, including Social Security Number, so we may contact you with further questions after shipping.
