Having a little more time on your hands can have its positives…

How about a little bit of luxury online shopping?  A special piece of lighting could be the crucial last addition to really make your property stand out from the crowd. Below are our five simple steps to selecting the right light.

So, whether you are an existing customer looking to order one of our gorgeous lights you’ve already pinned to a mood board; or, if you are a new customer yet to purchase from us, we are on the other end of the phone (or an email) ready to help you with making your lighting decisions!

We like to make it as easy as possible for you to get your teeth stuck into a new project, so here’s a breakdown of how we’re working right now to get your orders to you, safely.

  1. ORDERING ONLINE
Our physical retail space may be closed but our online shop, as always, is open 24 hours a day. You can find a wealth of inspiration on our website from blogsarticles with hints and tips that give you ideas on how to light your home, with ‘How To Guides’ when it comes to our designer lighting.
Browse our collection of online brochures which we hope will help to inspire, inform and excite you about our British handmade lighting.

  1. ORDERING ON THE PHONE
Following government advice, most of the team are working from home. The office number is diverted, so you will still be greeted by a friend team member, ready and willing to help with your query.
  2. VIRTUAL DESIGN CONSULTANCY
Just because our in-house designers are working, quite literally, ‘in-house’ from their homes, this doesn’t mean they aren’t available. With the advantages of technology we are now offering Zoom calls. So, if you are at home and are thinking this could be the perfect opportunity to set a lighting plan for your project, all you need is your house plans and an Internet connection! Learn more here.

  3. LEAD TIME
Our workshop team are up and running remotely to ensure that our shelves are stocked in anticipation of your orders. This means that our lead time for standard orders is still up to two weeks. Good old Dan is manning dispatch single handed to keep him safe and he’s eagerly awaiting your orders.  If you are looking for bespoke work, this still has a 4-6 week lead time and we can delay delivery until your electrician is ready to install.
  4. RETURNS POLICY
We are unsure of what the future holds but what we do know is that we may be a while until we are released back into the world as we once knew it. This is why we have extended our returns policy to 90 days. If you order from us and decide that you are not totally in love with the product, let us know within 28 days you wish to return it and get it back to us within 90 days (we will, of course, be flexible if it needs to be longer). If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to give us a call.
