We quite frequently have requests for bespoke lighting designs but this driftwood chandelier is one of our favourites.

The light fittings were fed through the large piece of New Zealand driftwood which was hung from the ceiling on a purpose built frame.

Constructing the piece was more challenging than it might seem as we had to get make sure the fittings were perfectly aligned through the contorted driftwood frame.

It was then finished with our five of our Fritz Fryer Collection clear Hereford Globes and lit with 60W squirrel cage bulbs.

The chandelier was part of a larger lighting scheme encompassing other areas of the house such as the kitchen, bathroom and stairwell.

In the bathroom our ribbed Ledbury glass Contemporary Bathroom Lights were fitted either side of the mirrors to illimate shadow.

A trio of our Sellack Lanterns were hung in the kitchen and fitted with our fabulous globe squirrel cage bulbs.

In the stairwell another chandelier was created by hanging a combination of ribbed and clear Hereford Globes hung at different heights.
