Lantern Restoration for Merthyr Tydfil Town Hall

This little lot arrived in the shop today. Restoring these bedraggled lanterns and posts should keep the boys in the workshop busy for a while.

Our latest town hall lighting restoration project comprises of some very sad antique lanterns, some completely missing lanterns and the need to restore some beautiful, ornate, original posts and make some brand new ones which look identical.

It’s a lot of work, but they are going to look amazing once restored… hopefully!  You’ll be able to judge for yourself when we post the completed pictures.  Watch this space.
